Firefox will not reset to factory or reset prefrences.
I have tried to reset Firefox to factory settings, but doesn't work. Tried to uninstall, didn't work. How do I reset my browser? Things like Facebook and Pandora do not work in my browser.

Once the file explorer is open, you have to go to the proper folder. In the address bar of the file explorer, %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\<enter>

Hi there. I hope things are good. I have a question for you. Remember when I told you to rename the %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\ folder? Do you still have the old folders on you computer? I need you to open one of the files with a text editor, and post it's contents here. If you still have it.
Folder: C:\Users\==<user>==\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox.old
File: prefs.js
Also, scan your computer for malware. The people at Bugzilla thinks there might be an issue.

Hi, I did the %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\, went in and changed the extension to .old and it made a new profile and is now working perfectly.
If you still have the file I asked about, please post its contents here.
