I can log into Yahoo with Chrome but not Firefox - for the last 2 days I've got the message "Yahoo Logo" Will be right back... Thank you for your patience. Our engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue"
I've tried clearing cache, history and cookies with no joy. What should I do next?

Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Click the menu button
, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the "Clear Now" button.

If the above does not help;
Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
When i type in Yahoo it doesn't come up with ANY listings to forget about!
That is odd. Try again, but look in the Bookmarks Manager.
