is it safe to view porn photos on firefox?
I can view porn photos via internet explorer, no problems - my ESET SMART SEURITY 8 ANTI-VIRUS will pop up if i'm in a dangerous site & tell me - ACCESS DENIED!!! then I just close the window and get out of that site... when I tried to view porn photos through FIREFOX a message came up saying something like...your online activities are being watched by ??? I don't know who? I tried FIREFOX because INTERNET EXPLORER is too slow...

Hello simon.eden, yes it is safe to view porn photos as it is safe to any other browser, as you correct said, your ESET SMART SECURITY will pop up if you are in a dangerous sites, it is, basically, how smart and correct your security software behave.
Extra precautions in firefox :
Click the 3-bar menu button > Options > Content panel > check [v] Block Pop-up Windows
also, in Options > Privacy panel > Tracking > check [v] Tell sites I do not want to be tracked
in Options > Security panel > check [v] Warn me when sites try to install add-ons, check [v]Block reported attack sites, check [v] Block reported web forgeries

Thankyou Firefox - you were very helpful... it's not like I view porn photos every day, about once a week but I go nowhere near - PORN VIDEOS!!! - as they can cause bad damage to your computer...even if you do have a good anti virus like ESET...I also have a printer as well, so I can copy photos & therefore not use the computer too much, it's okay if i'm just browsing normal stuff & information - YOUTUBE etc - emails to my daughter so it is very important that I look after my computer, after all, it is a MICROSOFT WINDOWS 8.1 DESKTOP...a very good computer... thanks & bye for now...Simon Eden
