whenever i get photo attachments in my hotmail / outlook and i try to view them in a slideshow, it keep telling me to activate silverlight.

silverlight is activated and it use to work last month.

i just tried it with internet explorer and it works fine there.

anything i can do to make it work again with mozilla?

i am on firefox version 36.0.

Take a look at this article Why do I have to click to activate plugins?

Just click on Activate Silverlight. then "Allow and Remember".

where do you go exactly to activate plugins?

i can only get to the page to update the plugins but not activate them.
