Have a Samsung Galaxy Avant phone with Android 4.4.2 and am thinking of getting Firefox for Android. But I have A LOT of bookmarks on my computer and don't want to put them on my phone and clutter it up. Can I avoid syncing the bookmarks?

Yes, you can! Follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top right corner of the browser) and select Settings.
  2. Tap Sync and uncheck the items you don't want to synchronize.
  3. Your changes will save automatically when you exit.

That sounds good. It's a lot of taps, though! I'm talking about having like five bookmarks on the phone vs 200 on the computer. (Yes, I do need to do some house cleaning on here.)
