Why does Firefox hello tells me "Something went wrong."?
Hello, I am on firefox version 37.0.1. When I click on hello button and start a conversation, a small window appear and my camera works for a very short while. Then the small window goes black with this message on it: Something went wrong.
It does not tell just what went wrong!!

It sounds like the web site has a problem. Not you. Try going to other web sites and see if there are any problems with them.
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
and
Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. There is a button on the right side called Show Cookies.
If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode While you are in safe mode; Firefox Options > Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Poke around safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.
Hi Tahna, we're working on improving that and trying to figure out some of the messages.
In the meantime, if you go to the Tools menu, then select Web Developer and Browser Console, do you get any relevant messages displayed there when the "Something went wrong" is displayed?
