There is no such thing as Thunderbird email. Email accounts, usernames and passwords are administered by email providers. Thunderbird is email client software and not a provider. Contact your provider to sort out the details of your account.

The username is listed in the server settings of Thunderbird. You can view those settings and see what it is. You can also go to your providers web mail site and test your username and password.
