When i try to open an attachment it says failed-mailbox resource how can i fix this?
The full message I get says: The download cannot be saved because an unknown error occurred.
When I try again (as requested) it comes up with the message: Failed - mailbox resource
How can this be fixed please?

Have same problem cant open pdf attachement
