The drop-down menu is visible, but Firefox won't let me move the mouse over the menu items and click on them to access them. In Internet Explorer I can solve the problem by going into Compatibility View Settings and adding the website. However, I cannot access this website through Internet Explorer from home--I have to use Firefox to get into it at all. Everything else works in Firefox but the drop-down menu doesn't.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

It is possible that other elements overlay the menu items. Can you reach this menu via the Tab key?

If the page is only compatible with IE then you might be out of luck.

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the Inspector (Firefox menu button or Tools > Web Developer) to see what element is selected.

You can also check the Web Console (Firefox menu button or Tools > Web Developer) for error messages.
