I am attempting to open Firefox after installing. When I got to it and click open it goes to Mozilla support. what can I do next. Install created on icon.

Hi Gnote, try tapping the address bar along the top of the app. That should display a "home screen" with search options, history, bookmarks you save, etc. More info on that screen in this article: Awesome screen on iOS - access search and favorite sites in one place.
