https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ How can I get back these controls? I was working on my emails one night and all of a sudden they disappeared, and I can no long work with my emails. I was using Thunderbird on my old computer so I continued with it when I first got my new Surface Pro 3 but eventually changed to Outlook which came with it. It was great for incoming emails and saving what I wanted in mailboxes but I couldn't send or reply as Microsoft blocked them so I still had to go to Thunderbird for sending out or replying. Now with this problem I can't send anything out. Before I ever started using Microsoft Outlook had blocked outgoing emails saying that some emails had gone out that they thought might have been spam or junk. They gave directions for unblocking which didn't work. I eventually got back on to them with someone to talk to. I spent hours with them on the phone. They did everything including check me for viruses (none) and eventually sent test emails which seemed to go through but I still seem to be blocked. So it important to get this Thunderbird problem fixed as I can't reply to anything or send out at the moment' Thank you.
