I had FFox but some time ago it was uninstalled . I have been trying multiple time to get it to install but no. When I run the exe file it comes up with a message that install was interupted . I have uninstalled and defrag 3 time but still no go , see screen shots enclosed Regards Craig

hello, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

otherwise please full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & kaspersky security scan, as installing issues with firefox are sometimes a sign of malware that's active on a system.
