I could not move my bookmarks manually. I replaced places.sqlite. I lost all my icons. I it rebuilt and I could move my bookmarks as I wanted to.but it lost all my Icons and I can not get it to reload them even if I delete the bookmark and replace it again, What to do??

Firefox should reload the favicon from the server if you click such a bookmark to visit the web page.

You can try to reload favicons with the FavIcon Reloader extension. You can find "Reload Favorites Icons" in the Bookmarks menu.
