Desired popup are not working, what can I do to fix this?

My BB&T online banking website has 2 icons that provide a popup when clicked, at least that is how it works in other browsers. One is for their online messaging/email system and the other leads to my profile, neither are working. To date I have: 

1-Started Firefox in safe mode
2-Did the Firefox refresh

Unfortunately neither of these things have helped. What can I do to fix this?

Hello Michael, check in 3-bar menu(on your right up corner) > Content > Pop-ups > Block pop up windows > write your websites on Exceptions.

Another option is to Uncheck the "Block pop up windows".

I tried both suggestions but nothing changed. But will try any and all reasonable suggestions and will supply any information requested.
