No browser will start message c:\\windows\system32\dbghelp.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains errors
after recent update the above meesage appears - have un installed and tried to re-instal but same message after re-install - this was an IE issue and Firefox was installed worked when that arose - now also affect Chrome?

Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Maybe run SFC.exe as administrator since it sounds that your Windows installationis corrupted (32-bit DLL install 64-bit DLL?)
