My Yahoo Imap inbox appears in the unified Inbox list and shows the unread messages count. However no messages for that inbox show in the panel just to the right. I have 6 Inboxes and all the others show their messages. The only way for me to see the messages is to select that specific Inbox from the list and then the messages only for that Inbox appear in the panel to the right. This started happening about a month ago. I had hoped the latest update would correct this, but no dice. Thanks for your help.

right click the unified inbox and select properties. Select the choose button. Ensure the yahoo account inbox is selected. The parent entry in the list will not be selected, you will have to expand the list to include the actual folder names to see what is and is not selected.

Thanks Matt. I had looked briefly at Inbox properties but had not expanded the list for the misbehaving account. My bad! ~ Paul

I have the same problem. but on right clicking to root Inbox folder get folder properties I do not see a Choose button, nor any way to expand to a list. It shows Name, Location (which ends with @imap.mail.yahoo.com/INBOX ) number of mesages (correct total!) etc
