I have several different devices and not one of them work properly. I have just purchased a new phone and it will not work. I can't get past the first login.Google blocks me from doing what I need to do. thanks for your help. My new phone is a Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna.The service is Total wireless. I bought the phone in AZ. I need it to work in Mexico. I understand that they have a different system here but shouldn't I be able to use the phone internationally? I have problems with all my devices.

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android. I recommend that you contact your telephone service provider for help with this issue.
