TB asks to download osaka font occasionally for year. If i ignore the request it comes back if I agree and allow it still comes back to ask later. Is this a problem with some setting on my installation or is it a TB problem? It worries me.

It is most likely someone who has specified that font in an email or web page you are viewing. Quite possible commercial email as specifying a downloadable font for a page sounds like a professional web page developer is involved somewhere.
