Old domain server was bought by another domain server company. Finally go incoming and outgoing imap email working on iphones, ipad and Thunderbird. On Thunderbird, I see only Drafts, Sent, Junk and Trash under Input. All other imap subfolders are missing. How do I see the subfolders that are visible on ios devices on Thunderbird

Assuming you added it to Thunderbird as IMAP and not POP click File-Subscribe and subscribe to them.
