I have set the IMAP synchronisation to 'Keep messages on this account for this computer' and 'Synchronise all messages locally regardless of age' and 'Don' delete any messages'. The messages all appear to be downloaded except for the folder Inbox, where only the header etc appear to be downloaded. When I access a message in the Inbox it then dowloads the body, which can be slow and is not always successful. I would like to hold copies of all messages locally. My email accout size is around 900Mb.

Apologies I should have checked this first as it affects the problem I am reporting. I have just tried accessing messages offline and was able to access the body of some messages but unable to access others. This was true for all folders, but the problem of the body not being downloaded was particularly noticeable in the Inbox. I have only noticed the problems with downloading messages when online (referred to in my previous message) with the Inbox RikM
