How can I stop the mouse wheel from scrolling up/down a screen at a time in Google Sheets in Firefox?

The mouse wheel scroll function does not work properly when using Google Sheets in Firefox (vers 61, Win10, 64-bit). It scrolls up or down about a screen at a time, rather than a row or two. (I do not have the same problem when scrolling in Chrome.) Scrolling is fine within a Google Doc in Firefox. So far, it seems that only Google Sheets are affected.

That sounds more like a mouse driver issue.

I don't see how it can be a mouse driver issue since the problem only rears its head when using Google Sheets.

I can't replicate this on a basic spreadsheet (on Windows 7). Do you have merged cells, embedded charts, or other objects that cross row boundaries?
