windows accessories do not show Snipping tool but the solutions do
Cannot locate the windows snipping tool - all the solutions on the internet do not work for me. Many say click the start button then ytpe in Snipping Tool but this term is refused. Then the Windows accessories say it is listed - it is not on my PC

I use regedit and follow but cannot find TabletPC - so abonded process.
