Usually emails from Quick Books are displayed and I can change message and remove contacts that do not need to see it. Now going straight out as is

I must have clicked on something or the most recent update that happened today on Thunderbird changed a setting.

I would like Thunderbird to show my email from Quick Books and not directly send, so I can change the standard message and add/remove recipients. That is how, until this afternoon emails between the two happened.

Right now QB is going right to recipients and shows up in the Sent box.
