I have an email configured as IMAP in Mozilla Thunderbird, and the issue is, that whenever an email arrives it almost immediately gets marked as read, the same happens when I open up a Thunderbird program, I can see this, from online email application. Display settings are marked to never mark emails as read, and the same isn't enabled on Junk filtering. Where else might be the issue ?

Okay, apparently, when POP downloads emails from server it automatically gets marked as read.

EDIT: Mail is configured ona few other computers as POP3, so it shouldn't affect it. Tested with their Thunderbird applications turned off.
