how can I speak with someone on the phone?
I need tech support and need to speak with someone via phone [phone number removed - do not post sensitive information in a PUBLIC forum]

Any help that you need with Firefox is offered through this forum. Generally, it's a bit easier to get support this way because it allows multiple people to assist you and allows for the use of visual steps that can be followed at your own pace.
As for phone support, that's not a service that Mozilla offers. If you do see a phone number for Firefox support listed online anywhere, it's a scam.

the online forum is useless. too limited in Q&A's, doesn't address the problem. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve the issue through chat. There is NO substitute for one-on-one speaking with a representative to resolve issues.
What kind of issue(s) or questions do you have ?
On the support forum you can attach screenshots to make it clearer to see what it is about and we can provide links to knowledge base pages.
