Are you using the Default system sound, and is it enabled in Sounds Control Panel?

This is my current set up which doesn't work. Tried using sound for 'New email notification' which didn't work. Disabled it and tried the current set up. No luck.

Maybe try file:///C:/Users/user/Downloads/Iamsorry.wav

Even if a sound works in Control Panel, it might not work in TB as a custom sound if it's not a 'standard' wav file, unlike many files downloaded from websites. A 16-bit, 2-channel, 44.1kHz wav should work, or similar with 22kHz. Try a file from the C:\Windows\media folder of W10.

Referenced a file in media folder and it 'tested' OK but sorry to say that still no sound with new email. Oh well.
