Experiencing issues since upgrade to TB 78.2.2 (32 bit) about 5 days ago.

Toad-Hall had a successful fix for sending of message failed issue that required changing in Config Editor the TLS version. That enabled me to receive messages, but I get the following error when I try to send:

I think I have solved my issue, after talking again with my ISP (GLBB in Okinawa)

on outgoing smtp.glbb.jp server, changed port to 465 (from 587) Changed Configuration security to SSL/TLS (from STARTTLS)
