Hi, Since yesterday Firefox won't play any live video streams on any website. An HTML5 error message shows up.

I've tried upgrading Firefox, disabling Add ons, starting in safe mode, completely uninstalling and starting from scratch and installing and deleting Adobe flash as a last resort.

I made sure everything was up to date on my laptop and they play no problem on other browsers. I just can't work out what's wrong with Firefox.

I think I've done it.

I ran Revo Uninstaller pro and deleted every Firefox file and folder. Then re-installed, it got stuck and said Firefox was not designed to run on this version of windows (windows updated the day I started having problems) and to contact the system administrator. I closed that and downloaded a different copy of Firefox when prompted. The message came up again so I closed it and it installed no problem.

I can now view any live streaming on any website.

What error message do you get ?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Are there messages in the Web Console about this issue ?

I have attached a couple of images of error messages from different websites with live streaming.

There isn't an error message on Twitter, it just doesn't play any videos and flashes an image from the start of the video repeatedly.
