That's strange!

Are you using Live (outlook.live.com) or Office365/Microsoft365 (outlook.office.com)?

Is there any error message when you click Send or afterwards?

Is this the only problem you've noticed using Outlook in Firefox or are there other symptoms which might provide more clues?
