I was looking for the ask question button on the page but couldn't find it. Instead, the button is located on the page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/thunderbird. It was very difficult for me to find this button, so I ask you to place it in a more visible place.

These are various ways to be able to 'Ask a question'. It depends upon where you are at the time of needing to ask a new question.

If you are using Thunderbird you can directly get a link:

  • Help > Thunderbird Help
  • Scroll down and click on 'Ask the community'
  • Mozilla has many forums, so select 'Thunderbird'
  • Top right click on 'Ask Now', but it is always worth searching the forum for solutions in various Help Articles and other already asked questions before asking a question.

If you are already in Thunderbird Support Forum, perhaps reading this question.

  • Top of window - click on 'Get Help' to see a drop down option.
  • click on 'Ask the community'
  • Mozilla has many forums, so select 'Thunderbird'
  • Top right click on 'Ask Now' as I presume you have already searched for a solution and need to ask your own question.
