Hi, I can't play any videos with Firefox browser (facebook, youtube, email attachments..). I can play all these videos using other browsers (microsoft edge, chrome..) on the same laptop (Windows 10). I have tried several 'solutions' on the Firefox help forum such as deleting cookies, history etc but running out of patience and thinking of switching default browser. Any easy solutions would be appreciated.

Are there messages in the Web Console about playing media files since the above doesn't seem to work for you ?
