I tried this options but didn't help me and crash didn't stop:
- open it in safe mode.
- refresh browser option.

- delete cookies and web data button.
. there is some information that i noticed. I unistall and install again and until I didn't sign in to my "firefox account" on the top right corner of the browser, it didn't crashed. but still I want my account, passwords, bookmarks, ect... i sign in and crash started. i goes to appdata and delete firefox folder, start the browser again, my sign in to firefox account disappeared and the browser stopped from crashing. also the crash happened immediately after hitting sync now and happened a few seconds after going to firefox account settings. and it's happening after around a minute when i do absolutely nothing after opening the browser or go to website such as youtube. please help me. even though using another browser is crash-free but i wish to stay using firefox (with my firefox account)

Thank you for your help! Actually it was because of my HDD that was getting worse day by day. after that I said that chrome and everything is fine and smooth, it no longer was. I did another defragment and my laptop got even slower. just like 30 minute for startup of windows. now i buy SSD and install fedora. everything is fine, crash-free, smooth and fast. again, thank you for sharing your time to help me.

MemTest LAST UPDATED : 12/04/2020
Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/
in order to check the integrity of your RAM?
You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.
Do you let Windows handle the page file or did you set a fixed size ?
Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings
If you use a fixed size for the page file then try the former and let Windows handle the page file. How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows {web link}
I guess that maybe my HDD or RAM is physically injured. because recently the Windows itself did crash a lot on me and showed me bluescreen with different stop codes. I did defragment and memory diagnosis but didn't help. I was thinking maybe it's because of deleting Linux dual boot and specify its space to windows. So, I get a backup of my data and delete ALL of the partitions, and install fresh windows on it. so there is no virus. I install avast (the free one) and scan my hard to make sure it's not because of malware. but I don't know if maybe someone gets control of my firefox account. it's almost a week and the windows didn't crash on me even once. sometimes it freezes for 4 seconds but it will back to normal after that without crash or closing something. I can freely use edge, use chrome, and also firefox but without the firefox account login. if I log in the crash will start. especially if I hit the "sync now" or "sign out" it will crash immediately after that and don't let them to do that. it's very sensitive to those options. (before deleting Linux I was using Linux mint but that goes weird and didn't let me do my daily works. So, I came back to the windows hoping that I will not see that weirdness again.) I will do your suggestions and tell you the results.
Módosította: mohammad ghaznavi,
windows handle the page size automatically. about the memtext, I get Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7) for my USB flash drive. installed it and select USB in the boot menu but it didn't recognize it. then I get Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip), unzip it, opened Rufus to boot it on USB but after selecting the ISO, Rufus says this: Unsupported image This image is either non-bootable, or it uses a boot or compression method that is not supported by Rufus...
For the links, I believe that:
- my firefox is not slow.
- its usage of cpu and memory-ram is normal, it's not high and abnormal.
- it doesn't take a long time to startup (except the first time after turning on the laptop which is normal)
- it's responsive and all is normal until when I don't sign in to my firefox account for the firefox browser.
- also it doesn't crash when I sign in to my firefox account directly on the firefox website for the support.
it's just when I sign in from the top-right corner of the firefox browser software.
I called for more help.
