Have had for few years now. For about 3-4 days now can't send myself emails. Get error message>Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)'

That error message is originating from you providers server, not Thunderbird. 550 5.7.520 formatted errors are always from the server, even if Thunderbird delivers them. I would guess you provider has decided mail from you to you is spam and is no longer delivering it.
