Help from support needed
bold textI have tried many of suggestions, listed and I also recevied a previous answer from support but did not help...I have always used Firefox, why can this not be fixed.....can't load pictures that are with stories on news or pictures on facebook ....can't play any games due tooooo slowness..please help!bold text

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
