Good evening, Since weeks I'm unable to send e-mails with my private e-mail account. I can receive mail regularly, so the problem concerns only the SMTP server.

Below I report my configuration: Incoming mail server IMAP -> soulweb.com PORT -> 993 CONNECTION SECURITY -> SSL/TLS AUTHENTICATION -> Normal Password

Outgoing mail server SMTP -> soulweb.co.uk PORT -> 587 CONNECTION SECURITY -> STARTTLS AUTHENTICATION -> Normal Password

I reported here below the error message that I get every time I try to send a new email: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 4.7.1 <Andrexs-MBP.fritz.box>: Helo command rejected: Host not found. Please check the recipient of the message "djandrex@hotmail.it" and try again.

If I try to send an email using the web browser tool, I don't encounter any problems, so I suppose the service works well.

Dal messaggio sembrerebbe un problema di configurazione del router FrizBox Più in generale mi sembra una configurazione abbastanza fantasiosa: il server imap sta su un dominio .com che risulta in vendita mentre il server SMTP sta su un dominio co.uk che risulta inesistente? Nelle schermate invece si vede un dominio .it che ha il certificato non valido. Boh...

p.s. questa è l'area di supporto in lingua italiana. se hai bisogno di supporto in inglese devi scrivere nell'area internazionale.

Ciao Next, grazie mille per la sua risposta. È la prima volta che apro una segnalazione qui e non mi era ben chiaro se scrivere in italiano oppure in inglese. Le impostazioni del mio router FritzBox non sono mai state aggiornate da quando il servizio di posta in uscita ha smesso di funzionare. Non so come hai fatto il controllo dell'IMAP ed SMTP ma sono entrambi su un dominio .it e perfettamente funzionanti (Da webmail opero senza alcun problema). Qual è il certificato non valido di cui parli? Potrebbe essere questo il problema.

Ho solo seguito i domini che tu hai scritto nel primo post. L'errore sul certificato compare se provi a visitare il sito che hai inserito nella seconda immagine con il browser Firefox
