Impostazioni > Privacy e sicurezza > Dispositivi di sicurezza > Carica > Sfoglia cercare il file CiePKI.dll in Windows/System32 e premere OK per caricarlo e confermare.

N.B. Controllare se il file è presente nel sistema. 

       Se il file viene visto da Firefox con questa procedura tutto OK altimenti nisba.
       Forse dovuto ad un bug di Firefox.
