How to prevent http-to-https switching for a particular Web site
My desktop Firefox recently decided to permanently change http to https for my lab Web site. My lab server can't handle https so I was unable to view my Web site using Firefox. I was able to correct this problem by going to Hamburger icon > History > Manage history, searching for my Web site, right-clicking on one of the found items, choosing Forget About This Site, and clicking on Forget.
How can I do this on my Android phone? I haven't been able to find the corresponding functions in the user interface.
I'm using Firefox 105.2.0 on my phone.

If you open the Firefox for Android menu and select Settings, what do you have HTTPS-Only mode set to?
Sorry, I forgot to include that information. The HTTPS-Only mode is set to Off.
Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?
I've never installed any add-ons in Firefox on my phone. When I go to ⋮ > Add-ons, there's just a long list of 'Recommended' add-ons.
Can you try opening http://eu.httpbin.org/ with HTTPS-Only Mode set to off?
Thanks for the suggestion. I opened that link successfully. Should I be looking for something in particular?
I expect to be able to open http sites, as long as I haven't previously opened them at a time when Firefox decided to permanently change http to https for that site, as it did for my lab Web site. I don't understand when, how or why Firefox did that. In my desktop Firefox I can undo it.
