No Sound in Firefox

I have Win 11 pro, Computer is new.

I believe after installing a windows update this week KB5018427, There is no sound on Firefox. (was working fine before).

Other browser like Chrome and Opera are fine.

I have cleared cache, reset firefox and the usual troubleshooting (including if the tab is on mute).

All sound drivers are up to date.

Can anyone help?

can be closed off, I created a new profile and sound is now working.
