I have visual glitches (random lines showing on my monitor) using my Firefox browser, but I do not have these glitches using other browsers. Is there a current problem with the Firefox browser at this time?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Settings -> General -> Performance
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings"
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available" - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings
Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting to make changes effective.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
I was able to uncheck -
[ ] "Use of recommended performance settings."
but not -
[ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available."
Could you please advise how I can proceed to uncheck - [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available."
Thank you very much,
Robert Cohrs
If you uncheck "Use recommended performance settings" then "Use hardware acceleration when available" should be available for unchecking.
Doesn't that work for you to try out ?
I did that but I am still unable to unclick - [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available."
I would appreciate any additional recommendations you may have.
Thank you,

Sorry to trouble you again but if there is no way to clean up the random lines on my monitor that occur only when I use Firefox, I may need to consider changing browsers. My university recommended I use Firefox, I am familiar with Firefox, and I have had wonderful experience with Firefox to date so I would appreciate one last effort on the part of Firefox to assist me with the clean up the current problem.
Thank you,

Have you enabled resistFingerprinting? Try without.
