Okay, but it takes a long time to be operational and some of my apps take forever to load and one in particular tells me it can't because of to many instances. I've used Firefox for many many years and this has never been the norm except for this last year. Way to long.

Okay, but I'm not sure if it's the reason. Try to enter about:profiles in the URL bar, create a new test profile and make it default. Try to test the startup times on that profile for a while.
