Hi: Is the World Wide Radio add-on a Mozilla approved, supported add-on ? I can find no way to address comments with them, nor seek support. All that said, I've grown to adore Mozilla's products even though I'm a newbie with all things digital; thanks so much. I am disabled and limited to disability income only; as such I can never afford to support monetarily to my satisfaction.. it is what it is. I do so appreciate the work done by so many contributors. I find that I do need more support to feel comfortable and proficient with all the Mozilla products. Currently I use the Firefox browser and add-ons / and Thunderbird as an email client. Gratitude always and best regards, DN

Hi. The extension linked below is on the add-ons site and is shown as recommended. Its page shows a support site and an email address for support. That is more likely to get results than posting details of your problems here but you are welcome to do that if you wish; someone may have knowledge of the extension.
