Why am I not able to receive emails through my thunderbird acct?

As of February 7, 2024 I have not been able to receive emails from any sender. I have been able to send. I get this message....Unable to write the email to the mailbox, Make sure the file system allows you to write privileges, and have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. Had the computer checked out and was told computer and Thunderbird was fine and to contact Centurylink (now Brightspeed) Centurylink helped me get into my mailbox where I could see the messages that Thunderbird could/would not show. When asked what to do next, Centurylink said to contact Thunderbird. At this point I am not sure what or who to contact.

You mention that your problem is in not being able to receive messages, but most of your post is about problems to send messages. So, please describe exactly what your problem is, and please include a screenshot of incoming server settings and the SMTP server settings. Thank you.
