In an office, trying to refresh after someone left. When we try to change settings, Firefox asks for a password which we don't have. So I tried uninstalling and downloading a clean copy but Firefox recognizes we've had it before and loads the new version with all the old info, so we have the same the same problem trying to make changes.

How do I get an actual clean copy with a new account?
