What version of Ubuntu? What Desktop? X11 or Wayland?

Yes it is a similar issue to the one in the screenshot Currently I have only seen the problem with google sheets The issue happens with all google sheets even a blank one and templates all sheets have this problem Ubuntu 22.04 X11

What desktop? As a test, try a different desktop / WM.
