I have recently been having problems with ads poping up when I go to a new site, and it doesn't even matter if it is a secure site like a CC (is this related to bing??) . An ad banner pops up at the top of my page and shifts everything down. the only way I have found to get out of it is to hit the "go back one page" button . . . PLEASE HELP

== Recently, possibly when my start tabs were overwritten and bing appeared as my sart page
