How can I disable the hover feature over links, not navigation bars. The pop-ups while reading articles block, and anger me and I don't need this added aggravation in my life. If I want the link, I'll click on it! This doesn't happen when I use the Safari browser.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== a month or two ago after an update, and on my work PC and home MAC computer. It does not happen in Safari!
