You could try the Xmarks program and sync service, supposedly they support both Firefox Bookmarks and IE Favorites. http://www.xmarks.com/

Or, you try the PlainOld Favorites extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/668 http://www.iosart.com/firefox/plainoldfavorites/ It doesn't synchronize Favorites and Bookmarks, it allows to to use your Favorites in Firefox.
