I have a new windows 7 system on which I have installed firefox. On the system I am the Administrator and I have created a user account for my wife. Firefox will open and is usable in my administrator account but when I close it and log on to my wife's account and try to open it I get the error "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system." In the task manager firefox does not show up as an application or a process. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least twice. Can you help?

I have found a solution to my problem. I deleted my wife's windows 7 user account and recreated it. After that Firefox opens in both the Administrator's account and the user account.
