You can get the final Firefox 3.0 version (3.0.19) from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.0.19-real-real/win32/en-US/

This is the Windows English (US) version.

Any reason for needing this unsupported version?

Firefox 3.0 versions are no longer supported. If you need that particular version for a Backboard powered website, you should use Portable Firefox which can easily be installed on your hard drive, and it won't interfere with your current 3.6.10 installation.
