I can't find the FireFox forum
You tell us to search the forums for an answer to a question.
I searched the help, the FAQs, in fact your whole miserable website and I can't find any way to get into the forums. I've clicked on every tab, and although some of them are labeled "forums" they take me to this page to enter a new question.
Could you PLEASE put up a tab that takes us directly to the forum? I managed to get in and register because I was asking a question, but if you really want us to search before we ask, you have to let us get in!

This forum is the hardest to use that I have encountered in the last 12 years I have been on the internet. The software isn't suited to a "support forum", IMO. And with the recent changes, including the requirement to login before posting, the "traffic" is like 1/3 of what it was 2 months ago before the change to MediaWiki from TikiWiki. For the number of English speaking users world-wide, I don't think this "forum" ever had the "traffic" commensurate with the number of users needing help.
IMO, this is a better place to get Firefox support.

"Ask a question" is the key!
Bookmark this page for asking a new question.

Or this one for accessing the "forum" directly.
